Farewell to Class 5

The Primary section of the school bid farewell to the students of class 5 as they move into the Secondary School in the coming academic year 2023-24. The students of class IV had organized a prayer service, a song, and a dance. The students of class V presented a touching song, conveying their gratitude to their teachers for all the wonderful years spent with them. They presented potted plants to each teacher. There also was a Passing of the Flame ceremony, where office bearers of class V passed on lighted candles to class IV and class IV representatives, in return, presented them with roses, a genuinely symbolic gesture of the love and affection shared between them. Class 5 presented a Bluetooth speaker for the Primary section to Sr Anjana as a token of gratitude, and the Head Girl proposed a heartfelt vote of thanks. The vice head girl thanked the bhayyas and baijis for never-failing support. Sr Anjana also gave a motivational and befitting speech on the special occasion.
